They should offer more shipping choices and display the price by the shipping rather than requiring a click on it to see the price. I needed the trim kit for my microwave, I had to find the model number for that on another website then do a search by model number. Once I had what I needed, it was easy to place the order. UPDATE. After two weeks I still have no confirmation they are even sending the unit. I received an email stating they would send me a UPS number but have not yet recieved anything. The money has been drawn from my account. There is nothing on the website to inform of the excessive shipping time or perhaps if the unit was not available. As of today I am still waiting for some comunication and for the unit.	Overall Rating

Will possibly be looking to buy a new Frig and a washer an dryer in the future from your site... Had a little attitude problem with Pilot’s delivery personal. I was advised delivery would be between 4-5 PM, but it arrived at 2:30 PM. I was not at home. My daughter would not accept the merchandise until I came home to inspect it. She said the delivery person was quite annoyed and rude to her, she said he would need to wait until I came home, he said if I took to long, I would need to reschedule delivery again.
