We received our order in a plain shipping box, the belt unit wrapped securely in bubble wrap, surrounded in Styrofoam peanuts. Order page on the web is a bit confusing, doesn't appear to have a page for verification before submitting the order. I was able to call and cancel the order then resubmit another order. Order arrived promptly and in good shape. Cannot vouch for quality of toner yet, as I have ordered it for future use. Was told I would receive a $5 rebate for providing a positive review. My review would be positive anyway, but good to know that reviews of others may be based on rebate.	Overall Rating
