Brand new product in manufacturer's sealed box as promised. I ordered the product online on a Wednesday or Thursday. The package was sent from Hawai'i to Texas...I received it on that Monday!!. Also, there was terrible weather along the California coast during that period of time. I received the rebate check from Microsoft without a hassle. A&R Distributors is a great company to deal with!! |
